live life to the fullest

Every one lives with a secret dream in us. Whatever it may be. Maybe you wanna be a dancer, an actor, a flight attendant, a doctor. Or perhaps you wish that you have skills of an artist or crafter. I, too, have a secret dream. I’ve always hope to own a motorbike license! When my friend told me that she had bought a gps fleet tracking with plans to tour the state with her husband in their Honda bike, I was secretly envious.

Living life to the happiest and fullest is more than just eating wisely, get your yearly check ups and exercising. If you can, take time to dream dreams and pursue them. Fill your mind with uplifting thoughts and your hearts with faith. Look at things positively and learn to forgive.

eat and snack healthy in front of the tv

Someone commented in one of my recent posts that who can resist popcorn and chips in front of the TV. I totally agree! Not too long ago, I bought a can of organic raisins for a good friend and to my shock and horror, he finished the entire can within a week! That same can would usually last my family a month!

I would believe that with today’s modern and advanced home theatre options and theater seating, people tend to end up snacking more in front of the TV. You can still enjoy a snack or two with the family and all it takes is to choose wisely. You may want to try out The Genisoy family of soy protein products - soy nuts, trail mixes, soy crisps, potato soy crisps and low carb bars. Genisoy uses only non-GMO (non-genetically modified organism) soybeans. Genisoy products retain their naturally-occurring levels of healthful isoflavones and include the same soy protein proven to reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering blood cholesterol. Snack Healthy & Be Heart Healthy with Genisoy.
