Aromatherapy Oil Warmer

For years, our ancestors have been making use of substances from herbs and other plants, well aware of the various benefits they have for the human body. They developed various methods to use such substances, not least of which is aromatherapy. Perhaps, the first people to ever make use of this form of science are the Chinese who burned incense sticks to honor their gods in temples and ancestors in shrines. Later, the Egyptians developed a method that would allow them to extract the essential oils from hard portions of plants, such as the roots, twigs, branches, barks, and the like.

Today, we call that method developed by the Egyptians as distillation and it is only one among many methods for essential oil extraction. Now, extraction aside, how do you use these extracted oils in order to benefit from aromatherapy? Again, there are many methods or forms of aromatherapy but the foremost of them is through diffusion.

Diffusion is the process of dispersing essential oils so that their aroma fills a room or an area with the natural fragrance. In diffusing oils, you need devices such as aromatherapy oil warmers, or more simply, diffusers. The simplest aromatherapy oil warmers can be fashioned right out of things already found in the household, such as a tissue perhaps, a candle, or a steamer. There are also several aromatherapy oil warmers available for purchase. For this article, we will deal more with the commercial aromatherapy oil warmers and diffusion devices.

Aromatherapy Oil Warmer - Lamp Rings

Lamp rings as aromatherapy oil warmers have great aesthetic quality. Often, this type of aromatherapy oil warmers is made of terra-cotta ring that sets directly onto a light bulb. This aromatherapy oil warmer has a grooved lip that goes all the way around it. The lip holds the essential oil while the heat from the light bulb heats the oil until it is diffused gently into the room.

Lamp ring aromatherapy oil warmers come in all shapes in sizes. What's more, they are usually very inexpensive, at least compared to all other aromatherapy oil warmers available on the market.

Aromatherapy Oil Warmer - Clay Pots

Clay pot aromatherapy oil warmers go by many names and sometimes, they are even called terra-cotta pots. This type of aromatherapy oil warmers is generally small and often they are shaped like pyramids. A clay pot aromatherapy oil warmer has an opening where you can add essential oils for diffusion. Usually, a cork is placed over this opening. The pot itself allows the oil to permeate through it and diffuse out into the room.

What You Should Know About Green Tea Pills

Green tea pills are one of the most powerful and popular forms of green tea in the world today, and this is largely in part due to the many benefits that they offer, one of the most noted being in regards to weight loss.

How Green Tea Pills Work For Weight Loss

Green tea pills work to help with weight loss because they have a thermogenic component, which is caffeine, and thermogenesis actually helps to boost your body temperature and burn excess calories.

As well, green tea pills have two other major components, theobromine and theophylline, which also help to boost the body's metabolism. Neither of these last two components can be found in coffee, and so while green tea pills have a lot of the same components as coffee, they are much more efficient.

Even though they come in a pill format, you do not have to get a prescription from the doctor, and so this makes it a lot easier on you overall. However, just because you do not have to get a prescription, this does not mean that you still should not speak to your doctor before going ahead and getting these pills for yourself.

Even though for the most part there are never any negative side effects on anyone, you still are going to want to make sure and to do this you have to go in and talk to your doctor so that he can examine you and determine whether or not he thinks that this is the best way for you to go.

After all, even though they are basically completely harmless, there are still those rare occasions where it would be potentially harmful to your health, for instance if your body cannot handle caffeine.

Once you have done this and if the doctor has said that you can go ahead, then you can go right out and buy the pills, however you are going to have to make sure that you also keep a healthy diet and get regular exercise, because although pills such as these will help you to lose weight, they will not be able to do it on their own and so you need to make sure that you incorporate a healthy lifestyle along with them.

Green tea is by far one of the best weight loss aides available today, and so if you are one of the many people who have tried countless weight loss solutions and never had any luck, then you are definitely going to want to try the green tea option.
